Account Manager &- Agricultural Sales
Location: Upper Midwest (Multiple Territory Openings)
Compensation: $60,000 &- $110,000 base incentives (DOE)
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and relationship-driven Account Managers to manage and grow agricultural sales territories. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with growers and dealers while driving sales of seed and crop enhancement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with growers and ag dealers
- Sell seed products along with biological and crop enhancement solutions
- Provide strategic product recommendations based on agronomic needs
- Support customers with ongoing service and field support
- Drive territory growth and overall sales performance
- Work collaboratively with internal agronomy and support teams
Qualifications
- Background in agriculture required
- Sales experience in seed, crop inputs, or agronomy preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to manage a territory independently
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Local market knowledge is a plus
- Experience with an existing book of business is highly valued for select territories
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $60,000 &- $110,000 depending on experience
- Performance-based incentives and bonuses
