- Previous experience in metal working, assembly, or heavy manufacturing, construction, physical labor roles
- Reliable, punctual, and steady on attendance
- Able to read instructions or simple diagrams
- Strong focus on quality and safety
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet

What the Job Looks Like
- Assemble metal hardware (hinges, slam latch, spring packages, pyro latches, etc.)
- Work with team members to maximize productivity
- Cross-train on various machines and in various departments to fill in when needed
- Performs frequent quality checks
- Communicate with the entire team to reach company goals
- Use hand and power tools
- Work within all safety guidelines
- Keep the area well organized and clean
- Other duties as assigned
