Job Title: Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (Property & Casualty)
Location: Forest Lake, MN (Hybrid)

About the Opportunity:
We’re partnering with a well-established and growing insurance agency in the Forest Lake area seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a hybrid role offering a great balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility. If you enjoy building relationships, problem-solving, and being a trusted resource for clients, this could be a strong fit.

What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines clients, delivering exceptional customer service
  • Handle policy servicing including endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and billing inquiries
  • Review coverage with clients and provide recommendations based on their needs
  • Process policy changes accurately and efficiently while maintaining compliance standards
  • Partner with carriers to market and remarket accounts when needed
  • Support producers by maintaining and strengthening client relationships
  • Ensure all client interactions and documentation are properly recorded in the agency management system

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (MN preferred)
  • 2 years of personal lines insurance experience
  • Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages (home, auto, umbrella, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with agency management systems (Applied Epic or similar is a plus)
