The Clinic RN performs both independent and delegated tasks, which include assessment, planning, delivery, and evaluation of nursing care for assigned patients, as well as participation in and coordination of patient care in collaboration with other health care team members. Clinic RN Overview

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assesses patient needs and identifies expected nursing outcomes
  • Implements nursing interventions based on plan of care
  • Evaluates care and the patient’s response to interventions and expected outcomes
  • Delivers care as delegated by physician/authorized practitioner to assigned patients
  • Performs other duties as determined by manager and clinic needs

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Current Minnesota RN license and completion BSN at time of hire
  • BLS certification
  • EMR and keyboarding/computer skills
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize, and think critically

Compensation:

34.92 - 55.88 USD Hourly
