Project Manager &- Automation & Robotics

We are seeking a driven Project Manager to lead automation and robotics projects from kickoff through completion. This role serves as the key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage customer communication, scope, and expectations
  • Lead full project lifecycle (kickoff through warranty)
  • Build and manage timelines, budgets, and resources
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, assembly, programming)
  • Oversee vendors and subcontractors
  • Identify risks and drive solutions
  • Track project performance, schedules, and quality metrics
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards

What You Bring:

  • Experience in project management within automation, robotics, or manufacturing
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Teams, MS Project, and/or Smartsheet
  • Familiarity with 2D/3D CAD tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
