Senior Litigation Attorney &- Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid)
A highly respected law firm near Minneapolis is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator with a strong background in construction and/or business law who thrives in complex, high-stakes matters and is ready to take ownership of cases from beginning through trial.
Position Overview
We are looking for a seasoned attorney with a demonstrated track record of success handling sophisticated litigation matters. The ideal candidate is strategic, detail-oriented, and confident managing cases start-to-finish, including full trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities
& Manage litigation matters from initial case assessment through trial and resolution
& Handle start-to-finish trial preparation, including strategy development and courtroom advocacy
& Draft and review all pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents
& Conduct complex legal research and provide high-level analytical insight
& Navigate multifaceted and high-exposure cases with sound judgment
& Maintain organized, accurate case files with exceptional attention to detail
& Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive successful outcomes
Qualifications
& Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
& Active license and in good standing in Minnesota
& Experience in construction litigation and/or business litigation
& Proven courtroom and trial preparation experience
& Strong legal writing and analytical skills
& Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
& Salary Range: $160,000 &- $200,000 (commensurate with experience)
