Due to our firm's continued growth, we are expanding our executive search recruiting team and seeking an experienced Executive Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment and understands consultative staffing.

The Executive Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting and client engagement across corporate professional roles, including (but not limited to) HR, Marketing, Sales, IT, Accounting & Finance, Legal, and Administrative leadership positions. This role requires a blend of talent acquisition expertise, sales mindset, and technology fluency, with a strong emphasis on direct sourcing, candidate marketing, relationship-building, and business development support.

Key Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and executive-level corporate roles
Proactively source candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms
Conduct in-depth interviews assessing skills, experience, culture fit, and career alignment
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring and growth-driven client needs
Prepare and present high-quality candidate submittals tailored to client expectations


Candidate Marketing & Relationship Management
Effectively market candidates to clients through consultative storytelling and positioning
Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates throughout interviews, offers, and placements
Act as a trusted advisor to candidates regarding career progression and market trends
Client Engagement & Sales Support
Develop strong relationships with existing clients through consistent communication and delivery
Identify opportunities to upsell or expand business within current accounts
Partner with leadership on new client development and account growth initiatives
Maintain a solutions-focused, client-first approach in all interactions
Technology & Systems
Utilize ATS/CRM systems to track recruiting activity, pipelines, and performance
Leverage recruiting technology to improve efficiency, visibility, and results
Bullhorn experience strongly preferred
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree Required - Preferred in an applicable field, HR, Business Administration, Talent Acquisition, etc.
2 years of prior recruiting experience in the staffing industry, recruiting for corporate/professional roles, or experience recruiting within a multi-entity corporate environment
Proven success in sourcing and closing candidates in competitive markets
Strong sales orientation with confident marketing talent and expanding client relationships
High-level of comfort with recruiting technology, sourcing tools, and digital workflows
Professional communication skills with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders
Ability to manage multiple searches, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
Job Details:
Onsite - St. Louis Park, MN
Full-time; Monday - Friday: 8 A.M. - 5 P.M.
Base Salary Uncapped Commission - Expected OTE - $80K
