About the Job

Position summary:
This posted position is for the Stroke Research Lab at the University of Minnesota. Stroke Research Fellowship applications are reviewed, approved, and funded by the Stroke Research Lab at the University of Minnesota. This position is temporary with an end date of June 30, 2026 at a 0.75 FTE (30 hours a week).

Work Schedule: Hybrid, Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM.

Duties/Responsibilities:
100% - Specific Stroke Research Lab Fellowship roles and responsibilities include: (e.g., submitting a research synopsis, presenting research, and grand round attendance)
- Conduct original research including data management, statistical analysis, and publication/presentation of those finding.
- Complete educational modules and coursework relevant to the approved research project.
- Formally present research project and prepare project for publication upon completion.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS degree).
- Successful completion of the Stroke Research Lab fellowship curriculum.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical healthcare experience related to the field of Vascular Neurology.
- Proficient at EPIC.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.

Pay and Benefits

Pay Range: $20.60/hr - $24.03/hr; depending on education/qualifications/experience.
