What You Bring to the Table:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of CNC Machining experience (Aerospace or medical grade precision preferred).
\n\t \n\t - \n\t
Technical Skills: Advanced offset/work coordinate adjustments, 4 1 axis operation, and mastery of GD&T.
\n\t \n\t - \n\t
Materials Knowledge: Proven experience working with Aluminum, Titanium, Stainless, and Exotics.
\n\t \n\t - \n\t
Math Proficiency: Solid understanding of Trigonometry and Geometry.
\n\t \n\t - \n\t
Communication: Fluent in English with the ability to act as a liaison between Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance.
\n\t \n\t - \n\t
Compliance: Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR regulations.
\n\t \n
Physical Requirements:
\n\n- \n\t
- \n\t
Ability to stand for long periods (75%-100% of the shift).
\n\t \n\t - \n\t
Capability to lift/carry up to 40 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs of force.
\n\t \n\t - \n\t
Comfortable working in a machine shop environment (approx. 91 decibels) with exposure to oils, solvents, and mechanical hazards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in CNC Machine Technology or a related field.

Experience with CMM operation and root cause analysis tools.
